So all the qualcomms are due to be updated because 3G service is going away. Currently the update is to add a WiFi device in the truck so the qualcomm can communicate, but there have been some service issues with the WiFi device not getting service. My recommendation is until this issue is resolved to call into dispatch when arriving at a Shipper and Receiver, call when loaded and empty and call when needing an advance. There's already been a few issues where someone has sent their empty message and it wasn't received by dispatch and still showed the driver loaded.
