Al and Treva Nutt our Davnic's newest driver coaches. Their hard work, enthusiasm, and great personalities make them a great addition. As driver coaches they are there to help new teams along they way, be there to answer any questions they have, and to encourage them along the way.

I'm always looking for new Driver coaches, requirements are:

To be available to new teams to answer any questions

Contact your new team twice a week

Encourage new driver's along the way with helpful tips

Help them be successful ( putting yourself in a better position for another load )

Compensation for Driver Coaches will be after 3 months with your new team and everything is going smoothly .02 cents for every mile that team has ran. Then after another three months ( so 6 months total ) and everything is going great, you will receive another .02 cents for those miles ran by the new team.
