One of the best things about Todd creating this site was for everyone to be able to communicate with each other and to help with suggestions and tips for being successful. So what I'd like to hear from everyone is any ideas or suggestions for improvements. Good or bad I want to hear your thoughts, I've been there as a driver and have tried to make changes based off our experiences in a truck. I also constantly keep in contact with other owners at other carriers to make sure we are being competitive with Equipment, pay, and perks. You guys are what make us successful. I want your experience here to a great and lengthy one. If there's something you thing we can change or add no matter how small or big I want to hear.
